Corrie Sanders was a great boxer ,his speed was phenomenal with accompanying power to match. He was also a big guy it's just sad age caught up with him. That Corrie would beat even Vitali. He landed a lot of shots on Vitali but ran out of gas because of age.Needless to say he would beat Valuev

He'd beat Valuev any day, but couldn't beat Vitali in a month of Sundays.
Even when he was younger Hasim Rachman put him to sleep.
He did do pretty well for a fat golfer however.

Freaking mismatch. Ko 1-5. Valuev had huge problems with much slower boxers.
And BTW Valuev once said he sparred with Corrie once and he was one who showed him how hard boxers can hit. So for him it was no surprise that he won over wladimir.

Noone has come close to dropping Vauev, at over 7 foot you can understand why. Valuev by decision

Have he ever fought a puncher? In fact his first puncher will be Haye.

He would note have beaten Vitali. People make to much of this one scene where Vitali stumbled backwards. He didn't have a mark on his face after the fight. Vitali, at any point, would have survived the first storm, adjusted and then pic Sanders apart.

Against Valuev, Sanders would look great for 4 - 5 rounds. The question is, would the giant skull take his punches? I have seen Valuev get hit with hayemakers that were unbelievable and he didn't even look bothered. If Sanders doesn't knock him out, his stamina issues would become a real problem against Valuev.

Very few people actually get to land stuff on Vitali.Corrie had the reach and speed and in that fight he was actually landing. His stamina at that age was his undoing.Dont forget he had tremendous power as well.It would have been possible for Corrie to KO Vitali.

The Valuev fight would have been a decision coz that lad is huge.

Decent chance of TKOing Valuev maybe in Round 1-4, but after that Sanders will gas and Valuev would jab and grab to a UD 12.

Corrie hadn't fought for 13 months and was 10lbs heavier. It wasn't quite the same version, don't you think? Even if I still don't think the 'Wlad Sanders' beats Vitali anyway.

It's one or the other, I agree.

That fight could have gone either way, besides Rahman "kicks" like a mule.
