Wouldn't have thought so as the fights are on a wednesday and evening time in Sydney where the Jones fight is is 4am-6am in the States....

 

Can't see Hopkins not doing a PPV since thats all he talks about same with RJJ

 

HBO have only done three PPVs this year, I think we can pretty much guarantee they ain't doing one on a wednesday night for Hopkins v Patsy and Jones on a tape delay.

 

It's not a waste of time. He's been out of the ring a year and, by the time of the Jones fight, it would be closer to 18 months. It's a tune up fight, nothing more and he's not selling it as such.

 

this would be lucky to get on VERSUS let alone HBO ppv

 

reckon they will put the hopkins fight on espn. not bad or a tune up but i think hopkins can only look bad.

 

Getting the "W" has only ever been Hopkins' primary concern; if he looks good getting it, then that's a bonus.

 

And what does it matter if he does look bad at this point?
