    Starting October 17, there will be televised fights 8 out of 9 weekends. Fantasy football has blown up. I like football myself, but my Super Bowl is when fighters like Pacquiao and Cotto square off. So I decided to make a little fantasy boxing pool. I'd also like to see who actually knows what about boxing here. This thread can be revisited to find out who really knows what as time goes by. So...step up and simply list the winners of the upcoming fights, before October 17:

    Abraham vs. Taylor
    Froch vs. Dirrell
    Agbeko vs. Perez
    Dawson vs. Johnson
    Cotto vs. Pacquiao
    Ward vs. Kessler
    Bute vs Andrade 2
    Pavlik vs. Williams

    think i agree with Antsu except Kessler over Ward

    Also id rather sit on the fence with AA and JT - everytihng says AA but a small part of me thinks Taylor has one big performance left in him - at a push Abraham

    So you're not making a pick on that one? I'm sure a LOT of people are going to be wrong on a good amount of these fights. I'm on the fence on a few of these as well, that's why I haven't picked yet. But it's better to pick someone than no one.

    No doubt. I won't be forgetting this thread anytime soon. I love to bring threads back into the mix after the fact when people make outrageous statements before fights. I'm a firm believer in people being held accountable for what they say. These are only picks though, no need for anybody to fear being wrong.

    Damm, we got the same picks except Bute/Andrade and i'm only picking that one on the assumption that Andrade gets a competent ref.
