His superior reflexes will be the telling factor if they get into a Boxing match and if Berto uses his speed, Cotto proved one thing, that Shane's reflexes are not there anymore. It will either be a decision for Berto or Mosley will knock him out. I dont believe Berto has the best chin in world so id say if Mosley does not KO him he wins the fight.
if mosley is allowed to fight as he did in his fight with margarito(holding and hitting) he will stop berto. if not i say he takes the win on points or maybe a late round stoppage.
All Berto has to is break his spirit many people dont know this but shane mosely is a curr. A Hard Mouth Curr who will Quit in the Middle of the Match but will fight till the end but wont give his all. Discourage him.
You are obviously one of the fools who know nothing about boxing and didnt even watch that fight. If you watched the fight you would have known that Mosley needed a knockout to win the fight. As a matter of fact most forumites are **** anywhere and know nothing about boxing.Their intellectual and analytical skills are obviously suspect,if you wanna prove it check all the predictions they always get wrong. So if you think your opinion affects me then you are better off taking a rope and just hanging yourself, you are a waste of oxygen. You are better off in a compost heap somewhere being fed on by bacteria
Did you even watch that fight man? It was ugly, but Shane very clearly won most of the rounds in the fight up to the stoppage, and at no point was Shane getting pummeled. It was a clinch fest with neither guy throwing or landing much, but Shane clearly landed the better single shots in most of the rounds, more of them, then he seemingly said, "enough of this" in the last round and beat the mess out of Mayorga. Like most of the posters have said, unless Shane gets really old before our eyes come fight night, Berto will be going to sleep. He can't hurt Mosley, he's fast but still pretty raw as a boxer so he's not likely to be able to outbox Mosley, and he's chinny. Mosley will put the lights out somewhere in the middle rounds.
I did watch that fight and bare the knockout Mosley wasnt impressive. You cant call that a dominating performance,a win for Mosley would have been controversial.Mosley again lost to Cotto so it's not like he's all that. My point is Mosley is beatable.I do agree that Berto is beatable and is still raw but still he could pull it off.
I agree. That's exactly why I started a new thread listing upcoming fights and asking people to make their picks. And the thread WILL be revisited. People should be held accountable for what they say...even if said anonymously.
Mosley wasn't impressive that night. But he also wasn't losing or getting pummeled in any way and I think even that version of Mosley could probably beat Berto, as I don't think Berto could have taken those single shots as well as Mayorga.
Did Gale Van Hoy teach you how to score a fight? The irony of your first sentence is pure comedy gold.
Does it even bother you that the Mayorga Mosley struggled had been obliterated by DelaHoya. What it just shows is Mosley wasnt even supposed to struggle with this guy.Such weaknesses means Berto can beat him.I'm not saying Berto will beat Mosley but he has a chance because Mosley can get sloppy.
