I don't rate any of these guys as "Iron Chined" , Iron chinned to me is someone like Hagler... someone who withstands Flush shots from the best punchers in the sport and doesn't get hurt...

Guys like Calzaghe and Hopkins have solid chins of course, but it's the fact that they rarely get hit flush by guys with power that keeps them from going down.. Even DLH, he protects his chin better than most... After all those shots Pacman landed on DLH, can you remember any like the one that landed on Hatton?? Directly on the point of the chin? No...

    - Great (took some monster shots from Froch and never went down)

    - Great ( No explanation required, Rarely has gotten hit flush by anyone)

    - Not sure

    - I would say above average, but also I think he has never really been tested against a great puncher

Above Average - Seen him take a lot of shots, he doesn't go out until really taking a beating

Great - Only one down in career, Jermaine Landed monster shots to get him down ... but just like Pavlik, he was able to recover.

Above Average, seen him hurt when hit flush, problem is... he RARELY got hit flush. His recovery skills are top notch though.

Above Average ... Andrade hits hard.. and it took ALOT of shots to down him, and even when he was downed, he was able to get back on his feet...

    - Great .... DLH has been in some wars over the years, and was only downed on a body shot from a guy who now fights at 175. DLH also rarely gets hit on the Chin though, he protects it better than most in the world.. can't same the same for his upper face region :)

Average ... took one of the biggest punchers around his weight to hurt him

Glass... he better hope that his natural ability (which is great), accompanied by roach's training will keep him from taking flush shots.

. hmm, I think Above Average... Took an extremely good puncher landing a great punch to KO him. Most guys won't trouble him

    - Below Average , he gets wobbled and dropped by no names.. he recovers well and is in great physical shape... but I think he is a KO waiting to happen (hopefully not though, so fun to watch)

    Pascal: Above Average
    Hopkins: Solid/Great
Diaconu: Between Average and Above Average
Kessler: See above (Though he hasn't faced many punchers)
    Juan Diaz: Above Average
Froch: Solid/Great (Down only once in entire career, and came back up with a clear head)
Calzaghe: Between Above Average and Great (dwindled somewhat near the end but generally)
    Bute: Above Average
Oscar: Insane (Margarito's 'special' gloves would turn to dust if they hit Oscar's chin, really the stuff of legends)
    Mijares: Average to Above Average
Khan: Papier Mache (A serious insult to glass. when Malignaggi can ko you, you're in trouble. every time he get's hit i expect the baby dear legs to appear)
    Vic Darchinyan: Above Average (just)
Yuriorkis Gamboa: Between Average and Above Average (Pretty Good).

your logic is flawed. surely froch who has been dropped by jt (great shots as well) has at least an equally solid chin as calzaghe who was dropped by hopkins whom jt beat. also he has been down once in his entire career compared to calzaghe's several knock down's.
