I dont generally like British Boxers except Carl Froch and David Haye(When he gets his ass in to the Ring:yep), These two guys are Great Boxers. But about Carl Froch, How the hell can I read from here Carl's Fellow Englismen discredicting him.:? I know and you Brits know deep in your heart you dislike him because he kinda says the Truth about Joe Calzaghe which everybody knows but dare to say aloud. Carl Froch is everything what real boxer is all about. Froch is exactly what Boxing needs. Imo he is already your National treasure and if He comes out as a winner of this Super Six he is Legend in borning. Froch talks alot of Smack but guy delivers what he promises.:deal he goes at his First title Defence in USA in front of hostile Crowd and Ko's JT who is capable of Win every man at 160-168 when he has good night. Or are you abit of Afraid Letting go with Froch because he surely can be beaten, out boxed what so ****ing what. Guy is exciting and that is what is all about.:deal guy gives the boxing fans what they want in they deepest. Froch comes out with his Guns Blazing and propably when it is time to lose he will go down with his Gunz Blazing. :thumbsup
What you have got to realise is not everybody in here is nationality orientated like yourself. If they don't like a guy they don't just tow the line because he's British, the same way you would immediately prejudge a fighter BECAUSE he is British. The same goes for Calzaghe, at least half of this section of the forum is either neutral or critical towards him.
Froch relies on his iron chin alot to get him through, it has been over tested though for his age, and I expect it will catch up with him in this tournament. He is not a very good defensive boxer and gets hit too often for my liking to have much more than another year at the top. He is now 32 and does not have much more time left, having said that I have enjoyed watching his career and hope that I am wrong about him in the super 6.
I just can't take to the guy. I didn't know much about him until the Brian Magee fight and took an instant dislike to him. He has a very big mouth and is nowhere near good enough to back it all up. Maybe he'll prove me wrong by winning this super six but unless he suddenly gets a new Mayweather like defence from somewhere then he is a defeat waiting to happen. The guy has balls though in fairness.
I like him, he's entertaining allbeit because of some limitations in his game aswell his own style and he's backed up all his words so far. He really, really needs to **** Mick off though otherwise he wont earn anywhere near the amount he could.
No one really cares about Carl Froch.... I don't see th overwhelming support for him, going into the most important part of his career. Joe Calzaghe is greater than Carl Froch will ever be.
Yes in general life.. And its his own fault aswell... I think i actually like him though, i like his atitude. Inside the ring, i think he fights like a ****** fighter at times...
why is this guy getting abuse for coming on to the brit forum praising a british fighter? he was off with the calzaghe comment but otherwise i dont understand the attitude. some people saying they dont judge boxers by their nationality, but seem to judge forum posters by theirs :huh plus, froch is exciting and i think everything he says is true
Why the **** did some pleb call him a **** ??? Froch is class and he'll be getting some support next week thats for sure. I can't remember as many posters all agreeing to go to a fight for some time. Anyway, I think he was bang on about Calzaghe and thats why some jerkoffs refuse to give Froch any credit.
