A lot of people are picking KP by KO in this one, so I thought I would give you guys a chance to call the approximate round.
After withstanding Pauls fury over the first three rounds, Pavlik methodically wears him down and Knocks him out in the 7th.
non-starter because no way Paul will KO kelly. i think he wins, just has to much activaty, volume, stamina, reach, wingspan, can pitch from the mound and get alotta leverage and distance and fight going backwards, but no chance of him stopping Pavlik who has a very good beard although gets tagged a lot, this is more a wide decision on the cards.
Williams ko Pavlik in the 5th round. Oh wait this poll is about what round Pavlik will ko Williams? My bad lol. This thread poll should be called (dream land).

marauder1999.....u must be smoken dope...pw is a fighter that can throw a 100 punches a round and when the get into the 12th he mite thow a 120 punches....if u are going to be smoken dope on here you better share some with the rest of us.....lol
35 wins and 31 of those coming from knockout. Its a more than fair question. Im sure those 31 others thought they werent getting knocked out either.
Williams throws a lot, but his connect rate rarely hits 25%. At this level he is probably the most inaccurate fighter in the world.
I personally don't see Pavlik knocking Williams out, but if I'm forced to pick the rounds...I'd say between rounds 10-12.
Williams will be the first man to last the distance with Pavlik in the mw division. But most of all Williams will beat Pavlik regardless if it's a tko/ko or decision i GUARANTEE IT!!!
That would SUCK!!! Personally I see Williams going out in the midst of a heavy exchange relatively early in the fight: round 4-6.
