Joel Casamayor - Argueable ATG and future HOF'r. Yuriorkis Gamboa - Possable future P4P, Current Champ. Guillermo Rigondeaux - Future P4P and Champ. Erislandy Lara - Future Champ. Odlanier Solis - Future Contender, needs to lose some weight though. Yoan Pablo Hernandez - Already a top Contender (kinda), possable Champ if he fights for a vacant title.
I think Gamboa will dissapoint a lot of people. He has a lot of talent but he will not get far with that defense. Lara and Rigondeaux will surprise many people, they have the potential to accomplish a lot in boxing.
It seems that The Cuban's who have the most talent turn pro in their mid to late 20's will this hurt their pro careers?
Rigondeaux will be the best of them, definitely a world champion and possibly an ATG. Lara will be a title holder but he will eventually get beaten. If Solis gets in top shape and stops eating he is capable of becoming heavyweight champ (once the Klits have retired). Gamboa, dispite being the most hyped and physically gifted of the bunch will disappoint the most because he is too wild and gets caught a lot. He will have been KO'd at least 2 or 3 times before his career ends, and his first one will be at the hands of JuanMa.
If by "hurt" you mean not getting exposure or significant fights, unfortunately IMO if you dont sign with the top promoters (i.e. GBP, Top Rank) you will fall victim to the politics of boxing no matter what your age is.
Rig is one the best - if not the best prospect in boxing right now. Assuming that he can take a punch, he'll go very far. Cuba puts out some serious talent. Can't help but root for these guys either. They fight with a lot of weight on their shoulders.
Well to an extent it's bound to because it'll shorten their careers, but at the same time it seems to improve their chances of succeeding because they all have such established amateur careers & experience behind them when they turn pro.

In terms of what I think they'll do with their total careers (of the youngsters), I'd probably rate them: Luis Garcia Guillermo Rigondeaux Erislandy Lara Yuriorkis Gamboa Mike Perez Odlanier Solis Yudel Jhonson Alexei Acosta All of those guys have the potential to win belts. Some of these guys rank lower than they might otherwise because their careers are starting so late.
