He beat a cheating Margarito, Lost an albeit close decision to Cotto....and then what? Yes I have looked it up cause I couldnt remember anything meaning full that he has done since Oscar's wins, (one of which is was on HGH)

Face it if Floyd would WHOOP the snot out of Mosely and the Forum would be blowing up with he whooped an old man. Pac and Cotto are more in their primes the Mosely is now! Two after he beats PAC or COTTO whos next? Clottey, Quintana,...or maybe Berto (he's really hungry right now.)

I can't understand the hate...everytime Floyd moves up and fights someone you say he's cherry picking. He fought Hatton at HIS weight, Diego at his weight, hell Oscar was TWO weight classes above him during the fight.

He challenged Cotto and Arum said Cotto was too green
He challenged Mosely Two times (youtube it, it's there)
    He beat a faster Zab
He beat a bigger Oscar (whom everybody has been whooping on lately)
He beat a strong undefeated Hatton (who made Tzyu quit with all that wrassling)
He beat Marquez who was the NUMBER 2 pound for pound...and isn't it ironic that the list was created just to compare how different fighters would fare against each other if all things were equal....lol (floyd could have weighed 110 and still beat JMM hands down)

If he beats Mosley, you guys say you'll respect him but you really won't because yall just want knockouts and floyd don't do that! You call it boring...but change the second letter to an X and that's what he's a master at!!!

Fact is hes fought three current top 10 welterweights, going 2-1 against them, and is the current champion of the division. Thats what matters.

this 'nobody will respect mayweather no matter what he does' is such a copout answer.... give it a rest because its not true. Mayweather has dug his own grave with his choice of opponents, and he would get more credit for beating mosley right now then hes gotten for any other opponent in recent memory, for good reason.

Part of this is because of the fact that he's been fighting the top guys ABOVE 147 for the last X years.

    Cotto

    Collazo

and will probably be fighting Berto in his next fight, another top 10 fighter who is young and undefeated.

Below 135, all credit to the man Floyd. But at 140, he never cleaned out that division. He fought Hatton at 147, which was not Hattons weight class.

He fought Oscar only one weight division above his, Floyd was already a welter, and Oscar was at Super welter. That was a pay-day, and beating up on a washed up Oscar means nothing.

Marquez was the no.2 p4p, and a lightweight, who jumped two weightclasses to fight Mayweather. Again, this fight was strictly a pay-day for both men.

When will he fight some real welters? Thats all we want to see. I dont care about a knockout, he needs to fight the best to secure his ATG status. Right now, if he were to retire; guess what?

Not true. Hatton would have preferred 140. Not that it really matters, but it seems to to you (and Floyd).

Nothing of what you said suggests he should't fight Mosely in January and then the Pac/Cotto winner next. He'll get more respect for Mosely than for anyone he's fought in years. No question.
