Good stuff. Sounds like Froch has trained properly (as expected) is a little nervous and is taking Dirrell seriously. He's obviously given thought to Dirrell being an elusive opponent. All good signs. Was good to hear Bunce again, I'm glad PrimeTime have grabbed him. If I wasn't going to the fight in person I'd definitely buy this fight. £12.95 (in advance) for Froch v Dirrell and Abraham v Taylor is an absolute gift!

Listening to that it's hard to think who I dislike more - Froch or Bunce!

Froch and Direll are apparently going to appear on the Buncelive show in Nottingham on Tuesday. Also the author of the new Kirkland Laing book will be there and selling his new book for the first time...

www.buncelive.com (to buy tickets online) or you can pay at the door.

Anyone from an amateur club will get in for a tenner....

Does anyone else thinks Froch sounds depressed? Not his usual self?

To me he sounded like a well-spoken fellow that knows exactly what he's gonna do against Dirrell. No cracks in the armor there.
