I'm skeptical, looks another boring fight to me.

 

That was my worry Slip. The positive between him and Kotelnik is by looks he has more of a nasty streak then Kotelnik has and will attack more naturally although he isn't a pressure fighter either. I don't mind watching it if there's a great undercard or the Pavlik-Williams but looking at it i'm more hoping Salita comes aggressive and has what it takes then knowing he can do what i want him to do.

 

Following my statement that this is the first world title fight featuring a Jew vs a Muslim, it seems that a lot of people agree with me, including a lot of Jewish news sites.

The marketing possibilities are limitless for anyone fearless enough to exploit them.

I got my pal to upload this documentary when Salita was supposed to be fighting Willie Limond, but its kinda hard to find as my pal had to disguise it slightly as YT was wiping all of Salitas footage at the time.

Although I like Salita, hes manufactured & I dont see Khan having any problems with him, whatsoever.

Warren seemingly had no problem despatching Sexton to Belfast to stir up trouble.

 

This is one fight I wouldn't even consider seeing live...its guaranteed to kick off.

 

You know thats not true, and that ****** Rogan has admitted that he was ill informed on the subject

 

Thats quite a bit different. Sexton went over for a "normal" press conference with no religous subtext as far as I can tell. It was Rogan that claimed Sexton was playing the sectarian card when in fact all he was doing was posing for pics outside a Belfast gym.

Thats not comparable to consciously promoting a fight along religous/ sectarian lines.

 

It'd be stupid and irresponsible to use religion to promote the fight. Would cause way more trouble than it's worth.

Also, if anyone plans on using the 'Muslim v Jew' angle to promote a fight surely they could get hold of two better fighters .
