I wish Solis would just get down to 250ish and stay there...

But, he toasted Barret, and Monte is a good fighter. Gave Haye quite the fight. Solis toasted him.

I'll hate on the weight, but you can't hate on the performance. He iced a very dangerous gatekeeper.

At least it makes Haye look like more of a jackass for having a much tougher time.

Barrett is not longer the same as he was years ago.

Good result, no doubt, but come back to me when he does this to a top teir heavyweight. :deal

I mean, it's not as if he hasn't been around long enough to step it up a gear now is it?? :think

I certainly hope that he now doesn't think that it is okay to come in at 271 and expect to bowl opponents over.

Having a much tougher time??

Tell me, did you actually score a round for Barrett, or think he was at any stage in control of the fight? :think

Haye bounced a Barrett (who had just disposed of Fields) up and down like a yo-yo in his second fight at heavyweight. Solis who has campaigned at heavyweight since 07 stopped a Barrett who was replacing Oquendo.

I think Solis has a lot of talent but is lazy - very lazy. :deal

You may not like Haye for whatever reason, but have a little objectivity. :good

Yes, but when he moves up a level he will need to be in better shape. Tell me, at 271, do you think he would be mobile enough to dethrone Wlad?

Vitali or Vlad will knock Solis out. Solis stopped Haye in the amateurs.
