Just watched that clip when he's swinging the 'Calzaghe' cape around his head. It made me shudder with embarrassment. I am a fan of JC but I'm afraid I cannot defend these antics. He dances worse than me and I've been described as having dislocated hips on the dancefloor. WTF was he thinking when he signed up to this ****?
If dancing involved swinging your hands round like a maniac for 36 minutes Calzaghe would be a great dancer. Unfortunately dancing requires great balance and co-ordination.... Defending your WBO title against s/o doesn't.
I saw his latest one last night... His partner was once again doing all of the moves, with Calzaghe just literally walking around at points. There's just no fluidity at all. That Ricky dude is about a million times better. Also, the presenter (the old man) is one of the most annoying people I've seen to date on television -- his jokes are appalling.
You must be a hater.... When Calzaghe gets into a boxing ring he suddenly transforms into a master of co-ordination and balance. Its amazing. It has nothing to do with his 80-20 matches.... thats just a coincidence. THE MASTER
Bruce Forsyth was probably effective most recently in 'Bedknobs and Broomsticks'. Ever since..... utter shite.
I've certainly seen him on TV before, but just in snippets -- like while channel hopping. (I don't even watch much TV as it is.) I know him by face rather than name. I remember him running a quiz show thing, but I don't ever remember him being annoying as he is in this show.
What the hell are you talking about, Calzaghe has always had **** balance, look at his knockdowns especially against Hopkins, all to do with balance ! Hell he fell over because of balance against Jeff Lacy ffs, anyone with half a brain would have known that Calzaghe would have been **** in this competition. It's like watching a coma victim being stood up and zapped with a cattleprod.
