A guy with slow feet, slow hand speed, has both hands low ... and doesn't have a lick of head movement to save his life is going to make Andre Dirrell look like something special. I don't care what any Euro fan has to say about this because there's no way that Froch comes out this fight a winner. This is going to be a complete out classing in ever sense of the word ... I can see Dirrell moving good, constantly making Froch miss, and keeping the engine going from round 1 to round 12 ... and thats only if the ref doesn't stop the fight. Dirrell will tee off on Froch with accurrate, fast, hard, power shots ... and will show a complete seperation in class. Great way to start off the tournament ... I find it hard to see Dirrell losing to anyone from Europe ... if he loses it will be to Taylor ...
Epic underrating of Froch. Dirrel will be totally spent after three rounds and Froch isn't as slow as you think he is.
For someone who is so consistently wrong and biased in their interpretation of a fight, you would think that you would become slightly less emphatic in your pre-fight pronouncements. Alas. By "making Dirrell look like something special" I take it you see the fight as 10 rounds to 2 to Dirrell as an absolute minimum?
who Abraham? well anything can happen in boxing but i'm going with Taylor to win the tournament and Froch/Abraham/Ward to be the odd men out.

like I said the odd men out are Ward/Froch/Abraham too many questions surrounding Ward, I think he will upset someone but I don't think he will make it that far, he along with those other guys will lose 2 or more fights. Its one thing to beat a champion but to win a vacant strap (Abraham & Froch) is something different. To be so accomplished (as an amateur) but after 5 yrs have so many question marks surrounding your career is just amazing to me. Ward is worse than David Reid as an American Olympic Champion
Don't act like you guys have never made a bad prediction, a majority of mine are solid - yeah you can pick out some crazy ones but thats all apart of making predictions ... hell at times I went against the odds and have won.
someone w/ dirrell's skill set (raw as it still is) could make it a long night for froch. i will say though that dirrell's d is spotty and his footwark/balance isnt good at this point in his career. he has to stay away from froch and not let froch impose his will on him. froch is gonna stalk him all night so if dirrell can stay disciplined in there and not get dragged into the trenches then he has a good chance to make this look very one sided. if froch can drag dirrell into a war, game over for dirrell. dirrell has shown that he can be put down.
