Froch and Haye will restore Britain's Boxing Pride!

I guess it takes some serious insecurity issues about one's masculinity to make gay/female verbal suggestions against men that would beat you up in a fight without breaking a sweat.

The Klitschko brothers have achieved way more that Haye and Froch, yet are far more modest in their claims. Haye and Froch may one day be great fighters in terms of accomplishments, for now they run their mouths far ahead of their actual careers. That is quite annoying, especially since in this sport very, very few big mouthed fighters ever live up to their claims.

 

If they did speak up more often the world would again know who the baddest man on the planet is!
I remember a time when every person on the face of the planet could name the HW champion of the world, regardless of their knowledge of boxing. Hardly anyone out of boxing circles and Germans know who they are...this is no coincidence. Smack talk is what boxing is promoted on. Again there is a reason Ali is known by everyone in the world, and seen as the best boxer of all time. He told everyone he was and now casuals think it. Dont get me wrong, Ali was great, but he by no means the p4p best ever!
Smack talk and bad mouthing makes news, and makes boxers go from boxers to cross over stars, and we need more boxers that are stars!

The Klitschko's are professional fighters so I would expect them to wipe the floor with me, but so ****ing what? I bet I could talk the pair of them out of the room when it comes to health and safety legislation but again I probably wouldn't throw my dummy if WALDO proclaimed that the compliance sector was simply money making. :roll:

Did I claim that Haye or Froch had somehow achieved more? No, so don't twist something said in jest. Like I said, Haye and Froch running their mouths is in promotion of their fights, and lets not act like they are the first or only fighters to ever do this. :-(

As far as I'm concerned us Brits have a couple of fighters who we can get excited about. One is a current champion, whilst the other unified at CW and has the possibility of bringing home a portion of the heavyweight pie.

Perhaps one should get off one's high horse.
