I listened to that yesterday and to me it sounds like he thinks Dirrell is going to be some walk over.

It's good to be confident but the English have a tradition in counting their chickens before they hatch.

Lets not forget that not too long ago Mayweather was seen as someone Hatton would walk through according the British fight fans.

In all reality all the talking has been done and the only thing left to do now is to see how it all unfolds but no matter what happens there will be alot of people who will be eating humble pie.

I keep on being quite stunned to hear who would pick Pascal to beat Froch, I picked Froch, Pascal looked too sloppy to me against Omar Pittman and almost got his ass knocked out by a journeyman but we must learn from these incidents and also from the Lopez vs Mtagwa fight where a supposed journeyman was supposed to be an opponent and almost scored a KO so sometimes the logic we choose to pick a winner can end up being floored.

 

German boxing crowds are ****, thats why it isnt a big deal fighting in front of them. They hardly make any noise. In germany its the dodgy Ref's and blatant hometown decisions a fighter needs to worry about, not the paper-rustling fans.

This is exactly why Dirrell is being dismissed, because fans like you are so completely biased that, as soon as anyone dares to insult your boy (with valid, relevant criticism, by the way), you act like a 10 year old who just had his toys taken away.

I'll make this clear: Pascal is better than Dirrell. He has better footwork, more power, hands as fast, if not faster, and has just defended his light heavyweight title for the first time, after winning it against a guy that few other LHWs could be bothered facing.

Taylor is better than Dirrell and Froch beat Taylor. I'm looking at simple formlines - Froch has beaten opposition who are better than Dirrell. Froch's best win is Pascal, Dirrell's best is Hanshaw. Froch beat a future titlist at a heavier weight. Dirrell beat a guy who'd already lost to a shot Roy Jones.

Is that complicated for you? I'll make it clear:

Froch has faced and beaten better opposition and proven more about himself as a fighter. Dirrell has looked bad against lesser competition and his best wins are a long way below Froch's. Froch struggled with the level of competition - which was A-class, Dirrell has struggled against his level of competition which is C class at best.

Anyway, next time you want to imply someone's an idiot, learn to spell: it's BUFOON. In red should read "YOU'RE" and, on top of that, your sentence construction and phrasing is absolutely shocking.

I'm sick of this dirrell hypejob being compared to great fighters like jones,mayweather and even a prime ali when he hasn't even faught anyone.

Here's my concern with Dirrell: He's not that good.

Jermain Taylor is a prime example of a very good athlete with a limited boxing brain and ring werewithal. Dirrell is at least as good an athlete, but even lesser in the technical and mental departments. Froch will beat him up and stop him.

Let me tell you this, you came onto this thread and you did not have any valid opinion, you spouted out some failed logic where fighter A beats fighter B so fighter A must be able to beat fighter C, it doesn't work like that I'm afraid so come out with a better logical arguments and then you wont catch abuse.
