Personally i think people are way over rating Cotto, Yea hes good and all but hes not truly great as some make out a win over him would make Pac into some god.
if he beats cotto then it really isnt that far-fetched to think it possible. moselys bones have started turning to dust and floyd still aint proved he can beat great prime fighters above 135 which manny certainly is. he would certainly be in the top 10 fighters i have seen in my lifetime. i dont know about all time but certainly modern times.

There was a definite change dude, saul is correct. As soon as the fight was over between Mayweather and Marquez the tune changed dramatically. First Roach was saying how easy Mayweather would be. As for Arum he was also trying to say it would be an easy fight for Manny; but after the fight all we hear is (Floyd is pricing himself out of this fight) or (We don't need Floyd) or some other bull. The fact of the matter is: they are both scared as hell of Mayweather. Floyd will beat Manny worse than he did Marquez, and he pulled back against Marquez. Floyd would stop Manny. That's real talk.
There was also alot of, We are going to knock Miguel Cotto out in less than six prior to this fight, then he came out and said anybody who thinks Cotto is an easy fight needs to get their head checked... you guys are making **** out to be like they are actually afraid to fight Mayweather, beleive me they are not afraid, perhaps they are doing this to lure him in.... who knows why... but all to often Roach has a history of saying things like this, they did with Cotto and guess what? the fight is still on........
as a pac fan, i don't actually care what will be his rank all time... i'm happy that pac proved that loud-chicken-running-boxing shouldn't be fighting no more :!:
Pacman is a great fighter and is already an all time great but if he beats Floyd Mayweather Jr ( which is a fight I think Floyd will dominate and stop Pacman to be honest) then he will become a boxing immortal and will have to be seriously be ranked alongside the greatest fighters in history I say from Top 20 - 10 thats a serious accolade
it's impossible... most likely it will be a technical draw pac will use a new style old for floyd...which is running.... so both are running...technical draw :rofl
