Who gives a damn about "impressing" a bunch of drunken yobs who sing football songs at a bloody BOXING MATCH!! .
Froch has been trying to get in Dirrell's head from the beginning and I can't wait to see how Dirrell reacts in the ring. I think Froch started all the trash talking and of course Dirrell is gonna respond. Both of them have created a lot of excitement for this match and it's great.
As far as sparring partners go, Froch would have needed to find a special partner to spar with, seeing as though Dirrell can switch up styles at a moments notice. Of course you can rotate rounds with diferent partners, but that never has quite the same feel as getting diferent looks from the same guy. I also haven't seen a ton about Dirrell and honestly haven't been exposed to much of his on camera personality. His display did seem to be one spawned from anxiety however. It almost looked like a freshman trying to prove himself against the tough guy senior while all of his buddies were watching. I see this fight possibly looking a bit like the Cunningham-Adamek fight. With Froch getting the decision from knockdowns, as opposed to winning the majority of rounds.
Maybe I feel this way because of his tone. Froch composes himself and does not raise his voioce and acts like a man. Not like a pre-pubecent hollering at someone from across the lunchroom like Dirrell.
:huh Dirrell isnt wearing one item of jewlery. Just becaue Mayweather wears alot of jewlery doesnt mean all americans do stereotypical hoe
Froch is hilarious. "Now i am not going to get into a slagging match" then he precedes to tell them they don't have any class, and that Dirrell is going to run. Although Dirrell comes off as a bit of a clown doing that routine it adds some excitement to the event so i cannot complain. :bbb
Dirrell tries to use the press conference to get into the role of the one who moves and is elusive is his and Carl's heads. Carl needs to understand this and plan for it.
why everybody saying Dirrell look scared?? No he does not....hes just talking more smack to froch, trying to get under his skin like hes been doing from the start
Acting over the top is a good way to cover up your fears/insecurities. Although i am not necessarily saying this is the case in this instance.
