At 135 he still had speed and power....he had no business fighting above 135. It clearly affected his power and speed. Nacho made that clear.

 

PAC and Floyd will never win in the eyes of everyone. There will always be excuses to why they are winning, dominating and doing it in a way that makes very good fighters look ordinary.

 

Floyd definitely has the superior skillsets and ring intelligence. That's not a knock on PAC...Floyd just has certian attributes that are more prevalent than PAC and PAC has other attributes that are over Floyd. It's a pretty even fight but will come down to who's style will present more problems for the other. I see Floyd winning a Decision in a very tough and competitive fight. Both operate with a very high talent level....ones a pure boxer the other a pure fighter....

 

We will never know because Floyd will Be Fighting Cotto next

if you notice, castillo never mentions skill or defense. perhaps he doesnt want to have to lie like a smaller man would automaticaly do. floyd may have gotten stronger sinse then but his last fight sure doesnt provide any proof of that.

You do realize that Pac taking on Cotto is more than Floyd has ever done at welterweight, right?

 

You think that Floyd is going to fight Cotto who isn't as big or as popular as PAC after he looses to Manny on Nov 14tH? Nah....it's a good fight, cotto has a shot but PAC should win. He's just the better fighter no matter how matter how much bigger Cotto is. It's a very good big man vs a great small one. PAC should win but Cotto has a shot without a doubt.

 

I would take Castillo's comments with a grain of salt considering.

 

Castillo is a world class boxer. Castillo had tasted both men's fist (be it in actual fight or sparring).

Ergo, Castillo's opinion holds more water than the cheap blab of wannabes, haters, and nutlickers in a boxing forum.

of course he is going to seem faster and stronger because Castillo is older, and a bit shop worn..... lets not forget Castillo was stopped early by Hatton who didnt have a prayer with Manny.
