Well, Meehan has been suggested for his next fight, and Tua has exressed interest in making it happen before the year is out.

If he takes that and comes out the winner, then he'll only need one more opponent to put him to the number one spot.

Ad as I say, if Haye fights Tua, I think he'd either vacate, or have to reconsider his career in boxing cause Tua would ruin him.

Tua has lost to only ONE tall fighter, Lewis. This is a myth, that he can't beat tall guys. Yes, he should fight a top ten guy as a mandatory dictated by an alphabet body.

Tua was out of shape, under-prepared and going through a lot of personal issues around the Lewis fight, and he still stuck in there for 12 rounds and took a wealth of punishment that Lewis dished out, without folding.

So again, I would think it would be fairer to judge the in-shape, focused Tua against a tall man with a good, long jab.

I think both in terms of opponent quality and quality of himself, Tua would fare better now against Wlad, than h did against Lewis then.

    My thoughts exactly:deal

But a fight with Meehan is looming large on the horizon.:hat

So that takes care of the next fight for Tua. Arreola on the hand.....his next fight should be with his weight. Win that battle and then id take him much more seriously. Tuas power versus Arreolas chin....Arreolas work rate versus Tuas match fitness. I know who i got my money on.:hey

Looks like Tua is the new savior for Klitschko haters. Funny how people still think if you hit Wlad once on the chin, he's finished. LOL. I hope Tua uses that strategy. He will get battered for round after round trying to land that perfect shot and end up quitting on his stool or having the ref end it.

Then, after another dominant Klitschko knockout > "He fights like a ***** or cherrypicks old men..etc..."

Are we Klitshko haters or merely Tua fans?:huh

I respect those Klits. I certainly dont hate them. I dont hold it against them for beating people up and winning all the time. Its clearly not there fault the division is not on the same level as them.

But it wont always be that way. They are bound to have a bad day in the office sooner or later. Anyone with two fists and a big heart has a chance. I hope Tua gets his shot when the time is right. Getting in some fights to build up the match fitness and then we will see what happens. :hey

At the min Tua is an exciting heavy in a pretty lacklustre division. I read nothing into the Cameron fight other than it was a pretty impressive stoppage and i'm glad to see him back! :good

I'd rather see him steer clear of the Klits indefinately. There is entertaining fights out there for him, maybe Shannon Briggs depending on how he looks on his comeback followed by Arreolla!

Haye is Tua's highest reward, lowest risk possible opponent at the moment with Meehan the next highest reward lowest risk.

Rocky is that you? :rofl Sorry Stormy couldn't resist mate.

I'm in agreement re: the brothers though, not their fault no-one's making them work harder in the ring. Hope Tua can get to the point where he does though.

I just hope the rumours him fighting Rahman again aren't true, what a waste that would be...

Meehan. He has to fight Meehan. No ifs ands or buts, he has to fight Meehan.

Of all the available ranked guys at the moment Meehan is the most 'Tua friendly'.
