JMM was sluggish and very tentative against Floyd. Obviously, the added weight slowed him down and even his power was almost non-existent. The JMM version that fought Floyd would certainly lose to Diaz and Casamayor.

He was tentative because he knew Floyd was stronger, and faster and could make him pay for any mistake. JMM wasnt sluggish however. He caught floyd with some nice counters, punches I havent seen Floyd get hit with since he fought Castillo.

You are out of your mind if you think they weight had anything to do with his defeat. **** lol, he only added 6lbs from the weight he fought Diaz at.

    :patsch:patsch

You obviously havent seen many of Floyds recent fights, such as DLH or Judah......

and the second half of this ****, you really think weight had nothing to do with Marquez not being able to win? the size difference played a big factor in the fight, then you add on the fact that Floyd is a elite fighter and is naturally bigger and younger in terms of age and ring age.....

Size played a part in it as well...... so did Floyds talent but lets not over rate what took place lets see it for what it is, a good big man always beats a good small man....

DLH barely landed at all. THe only real significant punches he landed on Floyds face were in the 12th. Once while Floyd was backing off the ropes, and another when they traded with eachother in the final seconds.

Judah landed 2 significant punches. 1 when Floyd was coming in while he stepped on Floyds boot, and another where he caught Floyd and backed him into the ropes. Both were single connects.

Marquez landed a combination on Floyd. 2 clean punches in a row. Something I've havent seen since Castillo.

It would have been the same scenerio if they fought at 140. Mayweather is just too strong and fast for Marquez. Marquez could get with Pac because Pac isnt as technically sound as Floyd. Against Floyd Marquez was facing an equally talented technician but someone who was also miles ahead in athletic ability. As to why Floyds biggest success came when he pulled his "tricky ****" for which Roger Mayweather mentioned in the corner. That is to say, he's natural god given ability to land crazy punches out of nowhere.

I never said Mayweather wasnt the noticeably bigger fighter, I said that Marquez was not overweight for this fight. The poster said he was tentative and sluggish. First Marquez is always tentative because he's a counter puncher. He weights for the guy to make a move. He only looked sluggish because he was in there with a superior fighter speed wise. Hell mayweather made Zab JUDAH look sluggish.

Pacquiao has filled out in that frame alot better, and being around roach at wild card and when he first got there working with ******e Fortune, I wouldnt be surprised to learn if Pac himself hasnt got him a little extra James Toney like help....

I mean umm medication for an injury.....
I mean 1000 dollar vitamin tablets from balco.....

I mean seriously I am starting to wonder if Pac isnt roiding up...

I will agree with everything but Judah looking sluggish. i thought that he was even quicker than pbf. I think after the 4th he just lost heart (like he always does) because pbf had adapted and overcame his speed.

:lol::lol: PAc isn't roiding up, and I won't believe it until he is proven guilty, but if a chick has on 4 inch heels, a see through braw and spandex shorts barely covering the bottom of her ass cheeks, and I call her a ***** and she gets mad and snaps on me... I'll apologize. Shortly later I will say to her, "you do have on a *****'s uniform though" lol...
