What do you guys think is PBF's biggest flaw in the ring that another fighter would be able to capitalize on and defeat him by it.

My shift key doesn't work which is why I can't use question marks and stuff like that

more excuses i bet you had oscar and hatton beating pac. once pac demolishes opponents the nonstop excuses begins to flow. hatton wqas only defeated by the best two fighters in the sport so how is he overated or on his last legs.

i cant wait for the excuses if cotto loses. cotto needs to win titles at light heavy before he can be put in the same bracket as pac and floyd.

Actually, I picked Manny to knock Ricky out. I did, however, favor Oscar to defeat Manny. Though I didn't factor in Oscar coming in emaciated. Call that an excuse if you want. I call it reality.

hatton is far more accomplished than what these two have done. he was undefeated at the weight and was the lineal champ when pac fought him there. of course you can always dismiss him as just another trash competition that pac had fought to feel good for cotto. and if after cotto beats pac, what? cotto had beaten an overrated fighter in pac?

of course they have to protect pac from the sizes of his opponent. look what happened to jmm against floyd? his punches barely felt because of the size disparity. asking for a weight concession is a normal practice when two not same sized fighters agreed to fight. don't make it out to be that it didn't happened before.

We can sit here and argue semantics all day, it's not going to change anything really.

Bottom line, beating a Mikkel Kessler or a Chad Dawson is a much tougher ask than beating a Ricky Hatton. If you disagree..that's fine..you're entitled to you're own opinion. At the same time if that holds true, then there wouldn't be much of a point in discussing this issue with you any further.

It's amazing that only hand full of posts actually made a decent arguement against the intention of the post.

so many people are arguing about floyd and manny's accomplishments versus cotto. that is the dumbest comparison to make. not everyone is going to jump up so many divisions. with that reasoning, floyd and pac are both greater than Ali. we know that's not true.

with regard to the original posts, i'm simply saying that pac/floyd fans have very little to no merit at all to believe that their fighter can destroy Cotto. That is it.

It's ok to believe they can beat him. But to say the fight would be one-sided shows you have complete ignorance to the sport.

You said you can see no way that Pac can beat Cotto. That's even more ignorant in my opinion.

somewhere on this thread, i took that statement back when a "reasonable" post was made to counter what I said.

i acknowledged that pac has the speed to maybe open up an old cut and win via TKO b/c of the cut. but honestly, that's the only way i can see him winning.

you see, unlike many (i'm not talking about you), i am ok with someone pointing out my flaws in a post and i have no problem in conceding or arguing. i just have a problem with people being irrational.

That is why it is called "catchweight". Cottois a big 147 who baloons to 158-160 at fight time, while Pac last weigh-in was 142 in a 147 figbhht.

perpect example of dillusional fans are that of cotto. immature. try visiting cotto's forum, say something againts their man and they would gang up on you with their name calling and nuthugging arguements. mods there are just as immature, youll get banned for going againts the flow. if you slap cotto's balls, youre out. all they do in there is hang on their mans nuts. even if youre a fan of both but if you make logical statements that slightly favor pac, youre in trouble.

LMAO!!! I cant say anything about that. You are right. I gues i'm talking about what I've seen here on ESB. I do agree that any fighter is going to have obsessive fans. I'm sure there are many Cotto fans that are crazy also. Here on esb, it doesnt seem to be the case when compared to floyd and pac fans.
