My first prediction was abraham by 9th round tko,but i took a long look and think taylor will outclass abraham and use that jab to keep him from landing those looping punches and i see taylor stopping him around the 8th round.
Taylor has showed a lot of class in his three defeats - and by that I mean he fought extremely well despite the L on his record. He will be too good for Abraham, who I like but feel will be beaten very soon, even if not in this fight.
Well i guess everybody's entitled to their opinion! Personally i think Abraham's underrated quickness, superior (imo) defense and explosive power will carry the fight. At least i see Taylor losing a competitive but clear-cut decision but at worst for Taylor i see him getting ruined for the rest of the tournament (and his career). I consider that last possibility a realistic one btw.
it would be nice to see JT win.... aa isnt that big of a pressure fighter so i think that will work in favor of jt
Abraham only throws looping punches once his opponent is hurt. He usually hurt them first with short hooks, uppercuts or straigh punches. Taylor may be too much for Abraham, but AA is not Lacy, who is so easy to hit. AA's guard is not easy to penetrate, most shots coming ta him are at least partially blocked.
Taylor has a history of fighting better in the fight after a loss. I think if he is in shape then he can definetly win the fight and maybe even make Abraham look bad. Now can he get a decision win in Germany? I highly doubt it! He will have to go for the KO and that is an uphill battle.
Abraham fought 8 rounds with a double broken jaw against Miranda and never went down, you can't be serious if you really think a men who survived THAT will get KOd or TKOd by Taylor who hasn't stopped anyone in the last almost 5 years... :nut Taylor couldn't stop even Cory Spinks for God's sake... And now he will stop Abraham? ABRAHAM ??? :rofl
His performance against Lacy didn't particularly look like a step up on that in the rematch against Pavlik to me.
I think taylor is going to suprise abraham with what he has left. I think taylor will win the early rounds but ultimately loose the decision after maybe a knock down
LOL. I cant believe how ppl have this blind belief in Taylor. He couldnt stop a totally shot Lacy. Old ass Roy beat Lacy and stopped him far more convincingly than Taylor did. **** Taylor couldnt stop KASSIM OUMA. Abraham has a good defense, a tough chin, and is in his prime. The chances of JT stopping him are virtually zero. Taylor's only chance is to win on points.
