dirrell overweight by 4 ounces, got 2 hours to lose it

    Frochy said he thought Dirrell looked gaunt. Thing is, if Dirrell manages to not be affected will he balloon up? Will it

    -Make him stronger

    -Or will it slow him down

    Or

    -Will he struggle and be impeded by having to make the weight.

    I still think Frochy, early doors.

    he should be able to lose 4 ounces but he must already be dehydrated. Dont agree with big fighters who boil down to the lightest possible weight. Froch seems to make supermidlle easily

    That should be a pre-requisite for any boxer.

    Coming in over weight is totally unforgivable.

    Depends whether or not he's already tried to shift weight in the hours before the weigh in. Cant see him failing to shift it mind you, and im sure Froch would just fight him anyway.

    it's 4 ounces but will he train harder so he doesn't hit it dead on but comes in under. nevertheless, when he is that drained, anymore extra draining won't help him and will help Froch.

    Because ounces are EFF ALL, 30miniutes in the sauna job, Lbs means the fight is off
