I don't like the fact that Jeffries keeps looking at the referee everytime they get in close. Looking very average tonight, not at all convinced by his defence.
Yup, boring. Watt always uses the excuse that said prospect is "too intent on getting his opponent out of there".
I think he's alright technically. Not great physically/ That's why I said I think he's the least talented of the Olympians but the one that can be moved along quickest, as I don't think he has much talent. What you see is mostly what you get, with a few refinements needed. I'm sure they'll milk him but I think he's ready to move along quickly. He's a solid fighter but his success will come down to his toughness/stamina/heart. If he's got that he can do okay, he wouldn't be the first basic fighter that trades on limited attributes.
Allow me to introduce you to the lounge. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=14
To be fair the German hasn't went into a shell like so many do. If this was another prospect i think they would have him out of here by now. His jab is solid but thats about it tonight.
TFFP, you're a God among Gods. I think you've summed it up perfectly there. I'm certainly not enthused to watch his fights if they're going to look like this though.
