Froch says he has been working on keeping his hands up for this fight, but I'll have to see it to believe it. I agree with you that if he keeps taking punches like that, his career won't last long.
Maybe getting dropped in his last fight made him reconsider. Would do him well to keep both hands up. It would be quite difficult to get through this tournament and continue to take such a high amount of flush shots in every fight.
Well, not only Abe knocked Taylor out, he also outboxed him. Did anyone see that coming? Jeff, looking forward to seeing you add a few more posts to your excellent posting history.
Jeff M once again proved that the only things is good for is **** and ***gotry. Picking a guy that hasnt koed anyone in almost five years to stop a guy that has never been down.
Jeff M is as dumb as the next troll, but the real dumbasses are yourselves who keep feeding him.... Grow up, its a internet forum.
Hard fight to score but Abraham wasnt the boxer in that fight-Taylor was. Good thing it all ended as it did with a knockout
I didn't thin it was that hard. Taylor didn't land anything effective, only jabs on the arms. What does it mater who the boxer is?Each fighter fights his own style.
What happened to your bragging ass again? :rofl :rofl :rofl Are you gonna be changing the thread title again? :think
OMH the German scoring of Abraham Taylor was criminal. They had Abraham ahead by 3-5 rounds! Ludicrous. They use amateur judges who score fights like the olympics. Workrate and ring generalship doesn't count!
I was expecting controversy with the scoring the fight being in Germany . . . that's why I pick AA via UD . . . . but Taylor didn't ****i'n last. :-( 6 ****i'n seconds! The scorecards is not a factor now.:deal
Well Jeff, I told you how the flow of this fight would end up. Abraham didn't give Taylor any chance to land the combinations you thought he would, and when Abraham did come out of his shell Taylor retreated and couldn't counterpunch. The KO was never on the cards for Taylor, it didn't even come down to power/chins, it was just obvious how it would play out in such a way that Taylor wouldn't be able to strong clean punches together. I told you he was an average puncher too like I've said from day one about Taylor. Abraham said his power was ordinary. The only reason he put Froch and Pavlik on their ass is because he hit Froch square on the chin when he was off balance and pounded the **** out of Pavlik with a 10 punch combination. He coudn't put a dent in a shot Lacy or junior middles.
