I made sure I spoke to a human earlier today to ensure it was all sorted

 

I've spoke to a human a couple of times, they say there's **** all they can do.

They even said to phone Sky to ask them to sort it, phone Sky and the first thing the automated service says is 'if you're calling about Froch it's nothing to do with us'

PrimeTime, you're a bunch of ****s. The End.

 

SKY TV say its nothing to do with them. Prime you arse don't answer. I got through an hour ago and spoke to a call centre chode who blamed me for buying it today saying i had all week to purchase it ? ! ?

Needless to say i will be wanting a refund, i have actually spent another 4 quid on hold for these dicks. I doubt this crew will work again. If Hennessy goes with them , i won't waste my time.

 

Not sure mate. I was just pissed off they said i had ordered it 5 times so i just said cancel them all. The woman on the phone was trying unlike the first person i had. He asked me about 20 times in different ways to see if my sky box was connected. He even said

Him: "try this pull the sky box out"
Me: "Right"
Him: "is the phone line there?"
Me: "Are you taking the ****?"
Him: "nevermind"

 

2 hours since the PPV started .. still the usual blue screen for me.

 

They said i will be refunded mate. try blagging them into giving you the stream for free they offered me that.

Seriously it took me a minute finding a watchable one and its still going

 

Touch wood my tele pt purchase has been sound. From the freeview to the 10.15 broadcast I never had to press select twice or anything. I got the programme reminder about the show starting pressed select then and that was me.


I genuinely feel for you lot that are missing out.

 

I'm not missing out on the action now because I've found a stream but you try and go about things the right way, we're genuine boxing fans and we support the sport, and then you have a major **** up like this. You can't blame people for wanting to look for other sources streaming the content can you? I just won't bother next time.

 

Yeah faultless freebie stream here too.
I dont understand why people dont take 10 mins to search for one themselves...would have saved themselves alot of hassle by the sounds of things

this is a CON! i have ordered, they took my money out and the service hasn't worked, really pissed, i called and all i get is a automated massege which confirms have already ordered when i give my details and no one picks up with the other numbers.

i knew i shouldn't have ordered, always had my doubts
