Mine was working, watched the Abraham Taylor fight and now waiting for the Froch fight. I am not sure if I have been charged twice though. I ordered the fight on the phone a few days ago for Sky, but once the free view switched to PPV at 10.15, all I got was the blue screen. I tried pressing select as instructed but nothing happened. It just took me to a screen giving me a phone number to order the PPV or enter my pin to watch. I entered our Sky TV pin (not provided by Primetime) and the pictures came on. Now not too sure if I have paid for this fight twice - once over the phone using my credit card and now again using my Sky remote! :huh
Are you sure you lot are doing it right? When you go the programme and press select twice, you're not getting charged again, just simply confirming it.
Same old same old "Rip of Britain" at it's finest, it's the usual 1 hit "Sting" nobody over here wanted the fight so this allowed some bunch of cowboys too get a jump on some easy money as in "Legal" rip-off, tech issues beyond their control excetra, I bet the primetime owners, "All 3 of them" are on there way to barbados 1st class right now:yep Never never ever ever use any un-bona-fida outfit that has no track record or company accounts, anyone got an address for these chancers???? it'll be a ****in P.O box & registered office above a kebab shop, i've seen this stroke pulled for over 30 years by this sort of scum, from vidio's to mobile phone's. If it aint on bona-fide SKY then save yer ££££ it's the only way too stop these ****s period:fire I obviously did'nt buy it, but i feel sorry for all you youngsters getting ripped like this, even my son paid up after i told him don't & he's now in the procces of demolishing his flat:bbb
If you don't have your phone line connected to your sky box then your wasting your time. Online is your only option.
lol I got the primetime stream and have the showtime stream. Missed the taylor fight so watching it on showtime right now.
Sorry guys, but had no problems at all. Couldn't have gone smoother to be honest and there's plenty of information about not being charged twice for the fight: http://www.l i v e f i g h t.c o m/boxingforum/index.php/topic,4148.0.html Mine is through Sky so quite possible that it's worse with the online stream but you would expect that.
It's a shame people are having problems cause the show has been excellent. I suspect lack of preperation and/or human error
weve just ordered for the tv viewing online and nothing coming up, no real confirmation either. Looks very dodgy. We are going to try paying over the phone and see if that works, maybe these are best left alone.
Glad I didn't order & waste the money now. I had my suspicions, you could just tell that they'd scrambled together an amateurish production & it would **** up.
Thanks for posting that link. It really clears things up about the order process and worrying about being charged twice. I don't see why they didn't mention it on their website or over the phone when booking though.
