I will never understand people that say: A round was hard to score, "It was a close round"...but then give a 10-9 round to a fighter. Thats stupid. I ALWAYS score this way: If NO fighter separates himself as a clear winner of the round and its close...ITS AN EVEN ROUND....SIMPLE AND PLAIN. If its a close round with little activity, I score it 9-9. But if its a close round with FIREWORKS...I score it 10-10. I only give a fighter a round if he clearly WINS the round or Knockdown. With that being said: 113-112 (with one point deduction for Direll).
Sounds like u were scoring punches that missed, Froch wasnt landing when Dirrell was on the ropes for the most part
WRONG! i'm an american....this was no robbery unlike paulie-diaz...where the scores were off the map compared to the actual fight, I have no problems with some scoring 114-113 dirrell, but anything more then that is blind.....paulie beat baby bull**** 116-112.....froch won the rounds landing the cleaner punches in almost all the ugly brawling type rounds with the exception of round 11 that was a brawling round...froch won 114-113...
I disagree, I thought the froch jab backed him in and caught him many many times with rights, why do you think dirrell was holding after even semi-punches froch threw landed, because it was a connect...anytime dirrell circled and boxed a majority of the round he won that round, and IMO he only did that in 5...

Direll was holding so Froch couldnt land in close after he'd thrown and landed his own shots, like Ruiz jabs and grabs, not pretty but stops him getting hit. LMAO at 'caught him many times with rights' he landed less than a handful all fight.
Bingo, that's illegal, reason for the point deduction, but he did it as well anytime froch caught him....the holding by dirrell was a horrendous....
You know Jeff young i thought you might be a knowledgable boxing fan,and that we might have just had a differance of opinion on the Diaz -Malifaggi fight, but now im convinced you are a no nothing wanna be newbie boxing fan, that probably started watching boxing a few years ago!
Yeah he said in the post-fight he gave the 12th away...I thought froch took the majority of the round, especially the last half...
