It does not matter right now but I had Taylor ahead going into the 12th and so did 2 of my buddies (one of them was rooting for AA). Taylor would have been ahead on neutral ground. The fight went pretty much like I expected.

Taylor was ahead in the early rounds, middle rounds were closer. The 1oth about even and JT won the 11th. AA had a hard time landing a clean shot on Taylor who was just outworking him. AA proved that he is a true champ as he kocked out JT with about 20 seconds to go!! AA would have won that round regardless.

I just want to comment on a few things because other fighters of the super six may have to go to Germany :

    - The German Commentator knew he scorecard and that AA was 2 points ahead before going into the 12th. He also communicated the scores in between other rounds. Is this open scoring or what, this strictly illegal?!

    - Taylor could never have won a decision over there. So I do not think any other fighter of the super six can.

    - German boxing is corrupt.

Hopefully AA keeps Ko everyone so this won't come into play but I doubt it. As for Taylor, he should retire.

If you had Taylor ahead then you're an idiot, makes me even more appreciative that Arthur destroyed him the way he did so folks like you can't *****.

    1. The german commentator hat him ahead on HIS scorecards, not the official scorecards...

    2. Many have won on points in germany but it is not the easiest thing but nor is it in other countries including the US of A.

    3. **** you, it is not more or less corrupt than anywhere in the world. Go ask Felix Sturm, Axel Schulz or even Magilaggi about corrupt boxing...

Pass on the grass next time you are scoring a fight.

Sorry man, cant agree here. Taylor was way ahead against that ****** Froch, but He could not deal with AA tonight. He was down by a good number before the KO.

I might be the bigger Taylor fan then anybody here but no way Taylor was winning the fight going in the 12th. I only gave Taylor 3 rounds. The rest was easily Abraham.

round by round... the fight was close, considering AA basically gift wrapped the first four frames as always... if we judged the fight as a whole prior to the penultimate round, AA had it under control for sure but... no way was JT takin a decision over there tonight, especially w the point taken. i'm glad AA dropped the hammer and took away any ambiguity that possibly could have existed.

That is pretty redicoulous as Taylor already dominated the early rounds.
AA had a hard time landing a clean shot and got outworked in my opinion. The fight was competitive and had Taylor in a close fight by about 2 points. The rounds were CLOSE, this ain't debatable. The finish was impressive yes.

Well, I thought Taylor was ahead going into the 12th and the fight was close. I can tell you from 25 years experience that is next to impossible to win a fight in Germany on points. That point deduction was not correct, the two shot shots weren't really low but on the border and the referee was not deducting points against for AA rabbit punches. But that is Germany. The better man won tonight but when the other super six will have a hard time getting a decisoon ovre there.

Two of the judges had it within 2 points I believe. (If I rememeber correctly AB said that the two scores were a littler closer than reality) So, I don't think there would have been an issue with the scores on here....who am I kidding this is ESB somebody has a problem with some little thing. I wouldn't be surprised if people were crying robbery if AA won. Every fight in Boxing has to end in a KO now otherwise you get a bunch of babies on here crying.

i agree w you on that Blade... granted JT went low more than once... but not nearly as many times as the ref tried to state... also, i think AA keeps his trunks a little high. but bottom line, as you stated the better man won tonight.

however, i really think kessler or ward and maybe dirrell will pick AA off on activity essentially if they fought AA on neutral turf down the road in the tourney... you cant keep giving away 4 and 5 rounds to elite competition due to inactivity and win... but we shall see

Only way you could have Taylor ahead is if you score punches that are slipped or blocked. Abraham landed the cleaner punches all night.

Most fights with AA are bound to be close when it comes to scoring because he only fights for fifteen seconds in each round - although he's very effective during those fifteen seconds. The rest of the time he just stands there with his arms in front of his face.
