:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl I'm just beginning to wonder which fight some of the nuthuggers watched.. I personally can't remember that..
The only Rock that Dirrell received was that short clip of We will rock you by queen..... other than that, I didnt see him get rocked once....
Froch barely touched him. He landed maybe 2 clean hard effective punches. But it was usually while Dirrell was backing up with his hands down. I
some guys are saying that froch was in control of the ring, that he was out jabing dirrell, that his aggression was effective and that he was never hurtatsch:huh:rofl
As someone said on another thread, Froch probably didn't land 7 clean punches let alone win 7 rounds.
He sure as **** didnt win 7 rounds.... I can tell you that.... he was not in control for once second last night.... and if your scoring on aggression, it has to be effective aggression, not missing all your shots and getting out worked.... Effective aggression is when your comming forward putting your man where you want him and scoring effective punching, that did not happen..... I always favor the aggressor but the way the fight moved along last night, Froch was in effective he doesnt cut off the ring, he didnt have a jab going, he looked sloppy~ a poor mans version of Margarito IMO, and stacking the two against Margarito has better skills than Froch....
The only thing Froch did was landing 1 punch at a time. The rest Froch purposely was rabbit punching but of course the biased ref won't get in Froch alot of times like that ref did to Dirrell.
All I have to say is props to Alejandro Rochin the Mexican judge.. I'm glad atleast one judge knew how to score a fight..
As well as pushing Dirrell's head down and initiating clinches so Froch could hit and hold Dirrell. I was expecting Hatton/Tszyu to break out any moment.
I have noticed something that I dont think I have ever seen on boxing message broads..EVERYONE is unified as to who should have won the fight EXCEPT the fans of the fighter that won. Dirrell ran, yes. problem is with all the running that he did he still outlanded Froch, landed the cleaner harder shots, and at times made Froch look like an amateur with all the wild swinging missed shots. Once the Froch fans get past the running of Dirrell they cant actaully tell us what Froch did to win the fight.
I am not a froch fan but feel the fight was close, close enough to allow a home town decision. nothing new in boxing. But, alas, it is a tournament, so all fighters continue on, except perhaps for talyor, who had the unfortunate luck to draw the GREAT AA!
