If you are going to put so much emphasis on what Dirrell's interpretation of the 12th, you should probably put equal weight on the fact that Dirrell also he believes he clearly won the fight. Can't have it both ways.
What did Froch do on the inside besides whiff and rabbit punch? Dirrell atleast counter effective, landed more punches, and you know nearly KO'd froch.
I think its more due to the media hyping every fighter up as the next srr, and general lack of objectivity in sportscasters, commentators and the like, when it comes to British fighters.
As i said before, after a minute 30 of the round, they traded shots a bit, and I prefered froch's shots....and it was a times a sloppy inside fight, anytime dirrell clinched, held, he got hit to the body, or to the head that were legal unlike some claim....forch did his work...people are forgetting a connect is a connect doesnt matter what it is....IMO i thought froch did the job in round 12....and once again i'm more partial to dirrell's style...

Froch didn't do nothing in that minutes from that round clearly. The onlything from those minutes Froch did is land an uppercut in which that was after the ref asking for a break. Tarver thought Dirrell won that last round. Dirrell said that Froch came out strong in the last round but he didn't say he thought Froch won the last round. I bet when Dirrell sees the fight on tape, he will say (did i say froch came out strong inthat last round? somebody punch me in the face)
So patty shots on the inside after the 30 seconds like between 25 to 20 seconds won Froch that round more then Dirrell in that same round landed the harder shots? lol come on man.
Jones, I have no problems with 114-113 dirrell or even 115-112 dirrell....but what I do take issue with is these 9-3...10-2 scorecards people have....dirrell should have won this going away, if he STAYS in the center of the ring the fight is a wash, not even close...
Man stop jeff seriously stop. You're cool jeff but you need to really open your eyes clearly and watch round 2. Round 1 if you gave it to Froch i wouldn't complain cause that was a very close round.
The power shots that dirrell landed was not that powerful outside of round 10 and 11 where rocked froch....those rounds I gave to dirrell....but a connect is a connect...if a semi-grazing power shot, or a jab of froch lands, it counts the same as counter hook from dirrell...its a connect....the counter hook was dirrell's best punch and it faded the longer the fight went...
The fact is the last round was sloppy, and once again the lack of anything EFFECTIVE from dirrell outside the frist minute and 30 of round 12 allowed froch to land connects, that won him the round....
I didn't say powerful, i say "hardershots" in which i mean Dirrell in that round hit harder then Froch with Dirrell landed the better combination.
The last round was sloppy in the last 25-20 seconds. So sloppy in the last 20 seconds that Froch did his pitty pad punch won him the round? Gtfo.
but this goes to show you how close it was I'm confident in my card...I have siad in other threads that round 12 was the closes round for me to score I take NO ISSUE whatsoever with a majority of people having dirrell winning 114-113 or even 115-112, but to say it was 10-2 or 9-3 dirrell I dont see that either...if dirrell boxes stays in the ring the fight is not even close, but he didnt do it..
