Out of 10, what do you rate Froch's chances of beating Kessler?

    It would be more appealing to know what the ratings were prior to the Dirrell match.

    I'm somewhat doubtful about this 'iron' chin Froch is suppose to have now. If Taylor dropped him, and Dirrell wobbled him - yes he ****ing did! - then I see Kessler or Abraham KTFO of Froch.

    Robin Reid/Roy Jones gave Joe the hardest Round in his carfeer.

    I also cant see how KKessler would take Frochs body punches...he couldnt take Joes slaps!!

    Its a 50/50 fight depending where it is held.

    In Uk i fancy Froch strongly, Denmark Kessler by narrow points.

    I think he has a good chance against Kessler, since Mikkel doesn't run around the ring a lot, and he will hear the criticism of Dirrell's tactics so he'll act macho and stand and trade with Froch, which is exactly what Carl will want him to do. 50/50 fight.

    the guy has only ever been down once. He was shaken by dirrel in the 10th but by no means did he look like he was going to go down.
    Taylor the same guy who had pavlik out on his feet but couldnt finnish him.
    Frochs chin may not be gold but hes got one hell of a beard.

    Froch has an excellent chin, he showed that in the Pascal fight. Often its the only thing he seems to defend with!

    Having said that, going in with AA or Kessler without defence is basically suicide. Kessler could put a terrible beating on him

    God dammit :patsch

    The only reason Froch is in this tournament is because he is British(Britain is a big market) and has a belt. Based on ability he just doesn't belong, the other European spot should have gone to Bute but because he is from Eastern Europe (market already covered by AA) and fights out of Canada he lost out.
