I don't think each fight is divided equally. That wouldn't make any sense.

Anyone who votes yes to both IMO is clinically insane.

I presume this is trying to sort out a bargaining position for Froch to have the best possible deal from a fight in Denmark where the fight will clearly end up.

Yet the Germans managed to get the fight shown prime-time at home on free to air IT and on delay in the USA. Why did we not achieve that? Why did we have to watch it at 2:30 am on a shitty stream? Don't answer that.

I can see the Froch-AA fight making more money in Germany. Esp. if it comes after Froch has lost his fight to Kessler.

Each fighter should have to travel at least once.

Problem with Froch is, his two fights coming up are very tough..... and he is less of a draw here than either of those are in Denmark or Germany.

I'd guess he will have two fights on the continent......

Clearly Showtime can't show both at the same time...

Two of the fights in the second round will be in the US. One would imagine the European fight will be on the same night as one of them. Whether that will be at 10ish and shown on a tape delay in the US or after midnight and shown live is then the question.

I think generally the Germans have a bit more clout when negotiating with HBO/Showtime as they make a lot of German money.

The Klits, when fighting in Europe, always fight at a 'regular' time and not one that suits the Americans due to their popularity in Germany. Wlad has said they do not need HBO.

I agree. In the end, both will have had a fight at home and one away, so money will probably talk. I doubt Showtime will decide the location. If Froch is unified champ, though, since Abraham wouldn't be mandatory, Froch could insist to fight at home for a smaller slice of the pie.

Micks point would make sense if Kess couldnt pull a crowd in Denmark..which he can. Also Kess is fighting abraod against Dirrell its only fair for Froch to get on a plane..Kess is probably a bigger star their than Carl is here...

Iv also heard Froch say he wants the Abraham fight in England, what is he so scared of..?

Either way Kessler wins a UD.

I'd much rather Froch fight Kessler away and AA at home than the other way around

I really don't think Kessler will care about having to come over here to do the business, besides, had Kessler been in that ring and not Dirrell, it wouldn't have been a SD at all. You can say it wasn't a close fight all you want, but Dirrell wasn't landing enough to school Froch on the cards, so at least one of the judges knew what he was talking about. Kessler would have outpointed him pretty easily and I think there'd be no discussion on who the winner was. It really comes to a point where fights can in no way, be given to the other guy, Kessler vs. Froch would be one of those imo.
