I think there getting some French guy for me. I was ment to box him on the truscott vs Simpson undercard (the 1 that got rained off) not sure of his name but. I know michael maguire beat him on points. From what I hear ticket sales are going well

Yea that's him. Durable enough it would be good to get the stppage there alright. Maguire put him on his arse but it just looked like a flash knockdown. I sparred maguire before but I don't remember him punching hard so we will see what happens. Looks like he knows how to survive tho

I was told that he was in the bill fighting for the WBC Latino title or something but his name isn't on the poster. But I was assured by some1 who helps out in the Belfast club where he trains now with tony Dunlop that he's defo on it.:huh

i myself have a sneaky feeling he will be on it as he is due to fight a 8 rounder in dublin and im nearly sure before you fight for that latino thingy you have to have a scheduled 8 round fight.....but as usual i am probably wrong! oh yes by the way has anyone heard of his opponent for the dublin show? they seem to be leavin it late.....i would say a latvian tomato can as usual:lol::lol::lol::lol::good

To tell u the truth mate, not alot! I think he boxed for Scotland a few times as an amateur but trained in holy trinity sometimes:huh and apparently Cathal Mcmonegal beat him on the 20 point rule in a multi nations before. Strange

cheers for that Carilto - I knew he fought for Scotland and I think he boxed for the British forces in the ABA's as well but never knew about the McMonagale.

Should be interesting to see another heavyweight on the seen - was he born in Belfast or just lives there now?

Might make more sense for him to fight on the Limerick bill that would give him an extra week to recover just incase this next guy gets to the second round :D
