Got a feeling Cottos face will not hold up. Fight will end in 1/2 rounds due to a cut

Please compile a list of how many fights have ended due to a cut caused by a punch in the first or second round. I'll wait.

I don't know if it'll end that early. I doubt it. I'm not a Cotto fan but I credit his toughness. However if the fight ends on a cut in Pacquiao's favor I'd be happy with that. But Cotto has had some bad cuts against Judah & Clottey and it doesn't seem to bother him at all. He even smiled to his corner in the Clottey fight with his face with some blood like he was having a good time. So I doubt blood bothers him. Who knows, he might even like it.

 

Don't know who will win, but Pac has an excellent chance.

 

Ok IDontKnowShitAboutBoxing. Based of Cotto's past alone, any fight fan can confidently say the fight won't end in 1-2 rounds from cuts. His cut against Clottey was damn near blinding him and he finished his fight. Margo left his face looking like a tampon and the fight wasn't even stopped for cuts.

His cutman said the other day that the cut healed fine and the surgeon did a great job.

Does Pac intend on headbutting Cotto? I don't think so. Cotto's eye was gashed open by Clottey's massive forehead. Thats the only reason he sufferred such a bad cut. Trainer and cutman have reported it as fully healed, so it should be a non-issue.

 

Have people forgotten that Manny has been cut before as well. We all know Cotto right now is more of risk because of his last fight fight with Clottey and the healing process. But Manny like any other fighter in boxing has been cut as well, no one is an exception. Also lets remember Cotto is known to disfigure opponents faces, not Manny
