Do they use leather or vinyl heavy bags? Also, anyone know how heavy these bags are? Are they the 100 lbs. heavy bags they sell at like Sam's and Dicks Sporting Goods?

I wasn't sure if the smaller guys are hitting the 200-300 pound bags that guys like tyson and holyfield use. So more like 100 lbs. exactly? If so, a 100 lb. bag is not that hard to hit. I've trained with one before.

No gouys like Manny Cotto Floyd wont go heavier than a 130 bag i believe. Yah most are probably 100 lbs that they use. If you are going to buy one just go to ringside.com dont get that **** you buy at sports authority.

They are probably using 100lbs bags.
And you never get any type of boxing equipment from Sam's or Dick's. Its cheap, and low quality.

yeah, but a 100lbs. is a 100lbs. I had a Nevatear 100 lbs. everlast heavy bag last me a few years. It was heavy enough to give me a good workout. Besides, have you seen the prices at ringside.com for some of those heavy bags:-( Does it really make that big of a difference? Either way I'm sweating and getting a good workout.
