Brook vs. Jennings, Smith vs. Quigley, with DeGale and Macca slotted on the undercard. This should be good viewing. Is this on free TV for you guys? What are my chances of watching it online, live? If not, would anybody like to be a saint and commit to a RBR?
It's on pay TV. There will be a few streams available on the night, check the usual places You should be able to see it.
Cool. Our PPVs over here usually only have the main event and up to four or five others. Looks like eight scheduled but some are shorter - you expect they'll all air or will showcasing be a rationed commodity among the undercarders?
some very promising prospectsas well including stevie smith and tony bellow. dont think degale is on the card anymore but frankie gavin is
Nah, typical format of a Friday Fight Night is the live main event first, followed by highlights of the undercard. However, sky are advertising both British title fights live. So in the two hours you'll have Quigley v Smith and Brook v Jennings and nothing else, unless they end early. Usually there is only one live fight, so theres a lot of the undercard shown in the rest og the time. However both this week in Bolton, and next week in Liverpool the shows are so stacked that plenty will go unseen by TV viewers.
There should be a RBR on the Brit forum :good. Brook-Jennings, Smith-Quigley will be shown live with the DeGale and Gavin fights probably delayed. The other undercard fights might be shown but depending on whether the two main events go the distance or not.
I'd really like to go, but the bus back from Liverpool leaves at 11.40 that night and there's no way I'll make that and I can't be fussed with sorting out a hotel for staying overnight. Similar thing with this Friday's show in Bolton.
get a travel lodge only bout £30 between to of u. liverpool a good nite out aswell i hear. where u travelling from
I want to go but I carn't seem to get anyone to go with us at the moment, am gutted Ime the only one out of my gang of mates who likes boxing
Just seen that, not too shabby a price. I'd be travelling from Stoke, and while its a dire place to go to uni to, its awesome for travel links. I went to the Hayemaker Liverpool show earlier this year and just caught the bus back in time. This time though, with the two 12 round fights live it ain't worth the risk. Still a bit of Boxing to go to this year though. Hatton's show in November is a 15 minute walk, and I'm tempted by Khan v Salita depending on the undercard. And its easy to forget how expensive Boxing tickets are.
Chris finch the formule 1 is cheaper again I hear http://www.hotelformule1.com/gb/hotel-3484-formule-1-formule-1-liverpool-city-centre/index.shtml
