He was already created. His name is Erik Morales.

I would say the perfect fighter would have Eriks balls.
No one was crazier than Morales.

What about when he stayed down on one knee and shook his head towards his corner rather than continue to take punishment against Pacquiao?

Morales had incredible balls, but there have been other fighters who would never have surrendered like that.

I'll put both posts together for my full and comprehensive list as I see it:

    Hand Speed: Meldrick Taylor (blinding)
Foot Speed: Roy Jones Jr (a form of defence in itself)
Punching Technique: Alexis Arguello (laser accuracy with power)
Power: Bob Foster (no-one ever hit harder in their natural division)
Bodypunching Ability: Roberto Duran (self-explanatory) * - I would also mention Duran or SR Leonard for combination-punching ability, as I would not want the ultimate fighter to go single-punch pot-shotting
Jab: Pernell Whitaker (could throw it going forward or back, and against bigger opponents)
Chin: Wayne McCullough (a gift from God. The most proven, as I haven't seen enough of LaMotta)
Defence: James Toney (underrated coz he was not very mobile and didn't mind taking some)
    Heart/Courage: Wayne McCullough (superhuman)
Mentality/Temperament: Julio Cesar Chavez (cool under pressure, yet vicious. See Taylor fight)
Stamina & Fitness: Aaron Pryor (machine)
Reflexes: Pernell Whitaker (I like the young Toney's defensive system, but Pea had better reflexes)
Tactical Brain: Manny Pacquiao (I want the ultimate boxer to just attack attack attack, and when wounded to come back fighting like a demon!)

Prime Roy jones was the perfect fighter IMO. Especially at lower weights where he wasn't giving up such a size advantage to all his opponents.

Jones was one of the most talented fighters ever, but of course there were areas in which even he could've been improved.

    STFU noob!!!
HE had nothing left after having been weight drained completely like Pacs team likes to do to his opponents and not to mention Morales was past it.

You must be one of those new boxing fans that didnt get to witness Morales career.

    Settle down petal.

I did say Morales had incredible balls. And he did. But to say he had the greatest pair of balls in history doesn't make sense, considering that he did once submit. There has been a very select group of boxers from history who would NEVER submit, no matter if they were weight-drained, exhausted, injured, whatever the ****.

If you disagree you simply don't know enough about the history of the sport.

You can argue though. Ray Robinson was not perfect in every way. Infighting, for instance. There have been better infighters than Robinson. SRR may have been the best fighter ever, and he may have been the best offensive fighter ever too, but there have definitely been people who were better in certain areas. I think this thread is about selecting the best fighter in every attribute category that you deem important.

I know but nobody is perfect at everything. But in terms of the most complete fighter ever you would have to say him.

I would disagree. He may be the best fighter ever because he was the most effective overall, but he was not the most well-rounded IMO. He didn't balance offence with defence as well as some others, and he didn't mix infighting and fighting with distance as well as some others.

If Pernell Whitaker had had more power, he would have been the most complete fighter ever. He literally could do everything brilliantly... except knock people out at world title level.
