If you take the insanity out of Mr President, so he can have a career, you have yourself a very ordinary fighter, even for this era!

Mavrovic was nothing special, but would have too much for a sane Ike:

    Mavrovic WU10 (7-3)

No way. Ike was moving up the chain nicely. Mavrovic never beat anyone close to a prime Byrd or Tua. Ike always reminded me of a bigger version of Evander Holyfield. Big guy fast hands, good combo puncher, Ike would chase Mavrovic all night and win a UD.

Ike was mad; if he had fought with sanity, he would of not even come close to world class.

No sane man walks though prime Tua's left hook for 12 rounds to begin with...

I'd go with Ike. Mavrovic did ok against Lennox, but many tall boxers with good jabs did. Mavrovic doesn't have even one victory over a notable fighter on his resume.

Ike would kill him ... simply a matter if he could KO that steek chinned nut or not ... Lewis hit him with monster shots and did not stop him but did retire him ...

I agree with the people who say Ibeabuchi would win.

That pretty much goes for all fighters. Look at what some of the top level fighters put themselves through. Thats what makes them special! Ike only had 22 or so fights and he was improving every fight. He was getting very close to being ready to challenge Lewis for the title before the rails came off. He was one of the special ones for sure, and probably the last heavyweight Ive felt that way about since Lewis.

But Ike unlikely the vast majority of fighters could not live in our society, so he can not be rated, as he could not control himself, unlike many, many other fighters.

Mavrovic would beat the Ike that could live a normal live, easily.

What makes fighters special is the ability to control themselves outside and inside the ring, Mr President, just could not do that.

watching Marovic against Lewis I have to say he stunned Lewis for a spell and even though he lost wide he took Lewis's best shots. I dont see Ike being able to stop Zeljko but I do not see Marovic hurting IKE...I see a close but UD in favor of IKE

Ike by brutal KO, the shot he hit bird, it'd take zed's mohawk clean off!

Zed. He proved more in that night against Lewis than Ike did in his entire career (or the two fights in his career worth even vaguely caring about, ie. a controversial win over Tua and an impressive win over Byrd) as well as showing a huge amount of potential in his fights leading up to that. More importantly, Zeljko had all the tools necessary to beat Ike: great skills, an iron chin and quick straight clean punches that would land first.

    Mavrovic by UD.
