I think what he meant was Arreola showed more desire in that fight than Lewis did against Vitali and it's the truth. Lewis wasn't in good physical condition for that fight and thought he'll end it in one round or two at most as it was clear and obvious with his attack in the first round. Arreola being more hungry is only normal to be honest, Lewis was mentally and physically DONE at that point, he accomplished all so he didn't have any desire especially with Wladimir, being the best available at the time, losing by KO against Corrie Sanders. Vitai at that point wasn't regarded as anything, the majority thought one round or two and he's KO'd judging by how he was displayed/judged for the loss to Byrd.

Arreola showed WAY too much desire, you can tell the man was there DESPERATELY trying to do ANYTHING he can to win and be in the fight.
