Even without his sarcastic remark, he seemed to think it. Of course you are right that it is nonsense. I only rooted for Froch, because I had predicted he would win ahead of time. Had it not been for this - I would, beforehand - rooted for Dirrell, due to the fact that an unknown factor in SMW is more alluring than a known one, that isn't good enough to compete with Kessler. The deeper SMW is the better. And US flavor in SMW is always appreciated.
That's great. You Frochettes need to stop digging up quotations from all corners of the globe to try and defend Froch after he was clearly beaten. I just hope Kessler isn't getting so chummy with Froch as to prevent him putting a merciless beatdown on this chump's behind.
there was nothing clear about Froch's win.. c'mon. By the judges score cards alone you can tell it was a pig to score.. they only agreed on the result of 4 rounds altogether..
Agree on every points. It.s not the first time a close fight goes to the Champ and he retains the title. Happens all the time, but normally the big fights are in US and therefor......... I was actually impressed with Dirrells speed, footwork and boxing talent but not his fighting style and the way he fought for the title. But he will be big trouble for all the rest in the tournament. The competition is much better than expected :bbb
The faster the Froch hype train runs, the bigger the wreck will result when Kessler breaks him down. I originally didn't have anything against Froch as a person, but he's been totally classless in the last few weeks. I can't wait.
I was not impressed with Dirrels footwork. He was fast on his feet for sure, but his balance was very very bad.
I don't need to do anything but you need to STFU ONION BOY! Come to think of it, maybe that's why you cry so much :good
What? You think it would be a massive humiliation if Froch loses to Kessler. Get a grip. It will probably be a unification fight against the guy who is generally regarded as the best SMW in the division. Can't see where the disgrace would be in losing to Kessler :think
Stop being a big baby and deal with it. Froch won a close and very hard to score fight and probably just about deserved it.
I had it Froch by 2, 1 round ahead and another for the point deduction. Dirrell looks pretty solid but very young. He's plenty quick, but it didn't appear that he could put much together. Froch is quite unorthodox, and when Dirrell comes up against an Abraham or a Kessler who is more accurate and dangerous, it's going to be telling. His counter-punching-running-falling-down style appeals to nothing I like about the sport, but he's got some of the tools to be really good some day. I agreed with the decision, and I'm not a fan of either of them.
