I can kind of see that. The Cuban school just has such a long tradition it's hard for me to see them as "awkward". Most of them, even Gamboa, throw absolutely textbook punches. His overhand right and left hook are things of beauty.

    Ola Afolabi.

Paulie's a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde figure. He's either a cute boxer or one of the most awkward sons of bitches you've ever seen in the ring.

    I don't know,at his best he's a good boxer uses the ring,fast hands,great fast upjab,leaky defense.
In worse preformances he's the same only he holds a lot and doesn't get into a rythm.

Hopkins is awkward in the sense that he's just extremely difficult and frustrating to fight because he's so disciplined, so textbook and does everything so well. The guy doesn't have any one glaring weakness. I don't see that as being awkward, just being an all-time greater prizefighter.

librado andrade is pretty awkward, everyting about his style seems slow but he throws deceptivly fast straight punches. his defence is pretty crazy to he rearly blocks(becouse of arm problems) or slips punches he chooses instead to roll his head with the punches.

he seems like a super slow slugger whod be a dream opponent for fast moving boxers but he fights pure boxers extreamly well
