If you believ Cotto is a better fighter and would'ev beat Vargas that's ok,no problem with that. But to call a accomplished amateur and pro like Vargas a bum is complete idiocy.

Really??? Based on what?? Are you aware that Vargas NEVER lost to anyone on Margarito's level in his prime??? And the a SHOT Vargas gave Mosley just a good a fight as a Prime Cotto gave Mosley??? Are you aware that Cotto has never clearly beat anyone as good as Ike Quartey, and that Cotto's contreversial win over Mosley is not as good as Vargas' contreversial win over Winky. Vargas skill level was on par with Winky, Trinidad and ODLH's.

The smaller Ike Quartey gave Fernando a hand full, he was also comming off of a 2 year lay off, and moving up in weight to fight Vargas..... Winky Wright Beat Vargas IMO.... Trinidad who also moved up from welter destroyed him, as well as Oscar who moved up from welter....
