Still however i feel more guilty missing this one than Dunne's-its not so much about missing a few good fights but missing an oppurtuinity to support a good cause!!! Ill take Buncey tickets though Paddy!

Well lads, newbie here! Don't know if this the right place to post this but are there any beginner boxing classes in Galway? Just moved down and I'd love to start doing a bit. There's a gym near me, it's beside Westside Shopping Centre, would it be any good? Any general advice for me!?
welcome 2 the thread mate...heres a link 2 more clubs in galway http://www.iaba.ie/Profile/Affiliated_Clubs/affiliated_clubs.html
What a fantastic fight. Jamie Moore - yet again the classiest man in the sport. I know a 30-year-old man like myself shouldn't really hero worship, but Moore to me is what boxing is all about. My favourite fighter by a country mile. Did you hear his post-fight interview? What a legend. Middleweight route down the line - Macklin and himself could still be a possibility. Wow.

Gutted for Jamie but what an effort he put in in the last round, and the class shown in defeat shows the level of the man... Moore vs Macklin 2 is mouthwatering.:happy
