    Golota's going for the Rocky 6 plan. He knows he wont have the speed so he's counting on power. Golota is clearly not in the greatest shape, but from the photos he doesnt look THAT bad. A lot of that extra mass may be muscle. But I would have liked to see him in the mid 240s at least.

    Adamek still looks like a cruiser who put on 20 extra lbs by eating perogies as you said. Not much extra muscle there at all. Golota should absolutely rip to Adamek's body like a mad man. I think Golota can beat TKO him with body shots.

    Hoax, after I saw the pictures I drove to my parents house where I am dog-sitting this weekend, and I was thinking the EXACT same thing!

    If Golota digs to the body, he can seriously slow Adamek down.

    I just hope the big oaf doesn't neglect body shots, and I hope he keeps them clean.

    I almost wish I could contact team Golota and emphasize the goddamn point. Dig to the BODY!!!

    It worked very effectly against a much slicker fighter in Byrd. It will work even BETTER against a softer, more stationary target in Adamek. I really hope Sam is a smart enough trainer to have been drilling this inside Golota's thick skull through out training camp. Pin Adamek against the ropes, dig to the body and also throw inside combos to the body and head. If he does this, Adamek will be fighting Golota's pace by mid rounds.

    I think they know that and the extra mass will make those big body shots even harder. I also think that stamina shouldn't be a problem for Golota even at this weight. That is what Leszek Samitowski said. My only concern is his left arm-there are some rumours that it's injured again.

    I think he looks in pretty good shape. I know he is getting on now at 41 but if he can finally put all the pieces together of all the potential he had and i think still has he is going to go places. even now. Well at the least it would be nice for him to get this one.
