Bull**** -- Look at the two guys who stopped him. Abraham is the most over rated fighter on the planet, but the one thing that is true is that he can CRACK! Pavlik has 7 guys on his record that had never been stopped before, some had never even been down, and a couple had never been seriously hurt. Getting stopped by AA or KP doesn't mean you have a chin problem.

Exactly. His chin is not bad. He lasted much longer from that beating he took from Pavlik then most fighters could have. And he still got back up to take more.

Sierra ducked and turned his head. It may have been towards the back of the head, but it was perfectly legal.

Miranda is one of those guys with raw physical ability that would be a real force if he'd been trained seriously from a young age. I always thought the same thing about Mayorga also. Pound for pound, Mayo was stronger than Miranda, plus it was in his nature to be an all out brawler.

Miranda is really a boxer/ puncher who just can't box very well.

So? Who the **** is Sierra anyway? :think

    I don't hate Miranda . . . but he is only beating class "C" and "B" fighters.

    Good for Pantera!!!
If Goosens get really serious on him and teach him some proper technicals of sweet science, and bring him up right way he might do better this time around.:thumbsup

But in any case, I'm sure he'll beat the crap outta piece of **** called Carl Fraud!!!!!! :tdh :tdh

He knocks out average fighters spectacularly and that's not an insult either. Just the truth.

As talented as Zab Judah???? Not even close, Judah is the single most talented fighter of this era. his problems are between his ears, but as far as pure boxing talent, its a run aways with Judah out front.

Although he wasn't fighting a top notch guy, I was truly impressed with the way Miranda was moving in the ring, his head movement and the fact he used a very decent looking left hook on many occasions. KO or not was irrelevant for me, its the rest that I liked.

Lets not get too excited but that certainly wasn't the same Miranda we were use to in the last couple of fights...
