Gato sets the record straight about Cotto and his dismissal from camp. DAMN!

But why doesn't Cotto get at least a mid-level sparring partner. The two guys he's got, (who's names I can't remember) are not even potentially serious fighters.

Espn says Cotto's camp turned down sparring from Devon Alexander. Why?

Who knows what it means, but you can't convince me a trainer like Roach, or Steward or Mayweather would be comfortable with the guys Cotto has in camp for the biggest fight of his life.

 

The whole thing makes me wonder a little. Cotto can't have been having THAT damn much trouble cutting the ring off against Figueroa, could he? I mean, Manny's not going to just stand in front of him doing nothing like Clottey did. I don't see why he was that damned bothered by a guy trying to use mobility.

Before you send home those sparring partners that's clowning and showing off, you BEAT them up first in sparring...

rashard trains at wild card and was pac's sparring partner for the hoya fight. he's good...

 

Theres two sides to every story. After reading Gato's, I'll take the other side.

When I read in the end of the article "can't stop, won't stop" and "not a saying but a movement" suddenly he lost all credibility.
