    My question is ... why don't most elite trainers crossover and train fighters from other countries ... say the way that Floyd Sr did ... I think alot of fighters can benefit from certain trainers no matter where they are from.

    Booth, Calzaghe, and the guy that trains Vitali are the three best trainers trainers in Europe in my opinion.

    Thoughts???

    Boxing goes by a universal language ... and more times than not ... most trainers are so animated they use sign language.

    Booth and Calzaghe speak English

    Who does Adam Booth train? Its not Froch is it? Uk trainers are no good. Look at Haton and Froch; made it to world level without basic boxing skills.

    Most guys just stick with whoever got them to the main stage until their management changes or they lose, then they go shopping around.

    I think most US fighters make too little money to change things up and have a camp in Europe, though.

    Most elite trainers do & have been doing so for ages.

    For example, look at how many world champion foriegn fighters the currently best known trainers in the world have worked with;

    Emanuel Steward- Lennox & Hamed (UK), Klitschko (Ukraine), Hamed (UK), JCC (Mexico), Wilfredo Benitez & Cintron (PR), Andries (Guyana).

    Freddie Roach- Manny, Penalosa & Donaire (Phillipines), Steve Collins, McCullough, Bernard Dunne (Ireland), Karamazin & Kirilov (Russia), Khan (UK), JC Gomez (Cuba), & Vasquez (Mexico).

    I don't think Enzo is a great trainer. He has had no one other than his own kid who was more gifted then technically sound.

    Enzo Calzaghe made champions out of Enzo Mac and another Brit, both of whom never deserved to go anywhere near a belt.
