He was hit plenty clean by Miranda and his jaw was broken. I don't know how his chin could get much better than taking repeated blows from a power puncher whist having a fractured jaw.

I take your point though, compared to the others he hasn't sustained punishment on a regular basis.

Didn't he come through it, and had never been hurt since that fight despite fighting the likes of De La Hoya, Mayorga, Vargas, Cotto, and Margarito? He's only an honorable mention.

 

I think Baldomir is fighting. He has a fight listed in boxrec. So add him to the list .

 

Valuev has never been hit by a truely big puncher despite being in the heavyweight division. Chagaev and Ruiz are ordinary punches, and Ruiz especially stunned him somewhat. We'll see how good it is when he fights Haye.

 

He's hardly fought any of the bigger punchers. I wouldn't expect guys that are a foot smaller than him with average punch power to put him over. Haye's combination of speed and power will test his chin, guaranteed. If none of Haye's punches affect him I'll be impressed, but other guys mentioned have regularly been punched by the biggest punchers in their weight class.
